My passion for education and desire to teach at the post-secondary level were major factors in my decision to pursue a PhD. I pride myself on being a demanding, but fair and empathetic educator. I strongly believe that every student can succeed in any course if provided with the right tools. To that end, I build in a variety of feedback mechanisms prior to formal evaluations and evaluate students’ progress in a course holistically. I make every effort to provide individualized attention to all students who request it.
